Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on pogoazo.com. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Trade rules, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

About PogoAzo

PogoAzo sells Pokémon GO Pokémon (mostly shiny Pokémon with location or special backgrounds, shiny level 50, shiny legendaries, costume and XXL/XXS Pokémon) delivered by an in-game trade from one of our accounts to yours. We also offer Stardust farming and XP/level services.

PogoAzo is not affiliated with Niantic, Scopely, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company or Game Freak.

Who can order

  • You must be the owner of the game account that receives the Pokémon or the service.
  • You must be of legal age to make payments, or have consent from a parent or guardian.

Important risk notice

Please read carefully. Trading Pokémon or accounts for money is against the game’s terms of service. Using third-party services such as Stardust farming or XP/level services is also against those terms and can lead to warnings, suspension or a ban. By ordering, you understand and accept this risk. We cannot guarantee your account against any action taken by the game publisher.

What we provide

  • Pokémon delivered by in-game trade, following our Trade rules.
  • Stardust farming and XP/level services on your account, with progress shown on your order page.

Our services are provided “as is”. In particular, we do not guarantee IVs after a trade, because the game re-rolls them randomly, and the photos and IVs on our site are from before the trade. Some product photos are illustrative art; listings marked “real photo” show the actual Pokémon.

Your responsibilities

  • Give correct details at checkout: email, contact channel, trainer name, 12-digit Trainer Code, country/timezone and convenient times.
  • Make sure your account is level 10+ and has enough Stardust for the trade.
  • Accept our friend request, open our gift, and be online in the game at the agreed time.
  • For services: provide a Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) login (Google login is not supported), do not log in to the account while the service is running, and wait before playing far away afterwards (travel cooldown).

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in VND or USD, as shown at checkout.
  • We accept VietQR bank transfer (VND), PayPal (USD) and crypto via NOWPayments (USD).
  • Unpaid orders are held for 30 minutes, then they expire and the stock is released.

Delivery and completion

Your order page shows the status of your order. After delivery, you can press “I received it”; otherwise the order completes automatically 72 hours after delivery. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours after payment if you are online, but each player can make only one Special Trade per day, so orders with several Special Trades take more days.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if the price shown was wrong or if we suspect fraud. In that case, you receive a refund. Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes also leads to the order being cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund policy.

Trademarks

Pokémon, Pokémon GO and all Pokémon names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them on this site only to describe the items we offer.
