How to Buy
Buying at PogoAzo takes three simple steps. Every Pokémon is delivered through a normal in-game trade from one of our accounts to yours, so you never need to share your password to buy a Pokémon. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours after payment, as long as you are online in the game.
Before you order
Check these points first:
- Your account is level 10 or higher. Trading is not available below level 10.
- You know your 12-digit Trainer Code. You can find it in the game on the Add Friend screen.
- You have enough Stardust. Most of our Pokémon are Special Trades, and the Stardust cost depends on your friendship level and whether the species is already in your Pokédex. See the cost table in our Trade rules.
- You can be online in the game at an agreed time to receive the trade.
Step 1: Choose your Pokémon
Browse the Shop and open any listing to see its details. When you find the one you want, press Add to cart to keep shopping, or Buy now to go straight to checkout.
A few things to know about listings:
- Photos and IVs shown are from before the trade. The game re-rolls IVs when a Pokémon is traded, so its CP will change.
- Some product photos are illustrative art. Listings marked real photo show the actual Pokémon you will receive.

Step 2: Check out and pay
At checkout, fill in the details we need to find you in the game and to contact you:

Then tick the two boxes to confirm that your account is level 10+ and that you have read the trade rules.
Choose a payment method

Bank transfer memo: when you pay by VietQR, the transfer memo must be exactly your order code (for example PA7K3M9QX2). This is how your payment is matched to your order automatically.
30-minute hold: an unpaid order is held for 30 minutes. After that it expires and the stock is released, so other buyers can order it.
Step 3: Receive your Pokémon by trade
Once your payment is confirmed, we complete the delivery together with you:
- We send a friend request to your Trainer Code.
- You accept it in the game.
- We send you a gift. Open it so that we become Good Friends, the minimum friendship level for a Special Trade.
- At the agreed time, open your order page and press the button to share your approximate location. We use it only to meet you within 100 m in the game, and it is deleted when the order completes.
- Stay online with the game open. We arrive next to you in the game and send you a trade request.
- Offer any common Pokémon in return and confirm the trade. The game shows the exact Stardust cost before you confirm.
- Check the proof. A screenshot of the trade appears on your order page.
- Press “I received it” to complete the order. If you don’t, the order completes automatically 72 hours after delivery.
One Special Trade per day: each player can make only one Special Trade per day (events can raise this limit). An order with 3 shiny Pokémon therefore takes 3 days to deliver.
Order status
Your order page shows a timeline, so you always know what is happening:

| Completed | You pressed “I received it”, or 72 hours have passed since delivery |
Track your order and chat with us
Your order page has an order chat, the fastest way to reach us about your order. You can open your order at any time from Track order using your order code and email.
Buying a service
Checkout works the same way, but you also provide your Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) login (Google login is not supported). It is encrypted in your browser before it leaves your device and deleted when the order is completed or cancelled. Do not log in to the account during the service; follow the progress on your order page.
Using third-party services is against the game’s terms of service and can lead to a warning, suspension or ban. Read our Terms before ordering a service.
